One Fine Day, Fun Photo Shoot

1st July 2008, It was a hot sunny Tuesday, Benten woke up early and was really in as rush heading to Femina Building in Kuningan, Jakarta. It was a exciting day, still bit sleepy but excited! Yes... thrilling...

Benten reached the Femina Building and bumped to one of her model friend Laura. She was about to have breakfast, we say hi and head straight to level four.
It was crowded that morning since there was several photo shoot going on, some Gadis Sampul going on, some Femina fashion spread going on and the most importantly… our photo shoot “Cleo Award for the Young & Talented Designer tribute to Indonesian Mode Festival” Benten was greeted by Cleo people, Ayunda, Ein Halid, Irene and the stylish Bimo. Benten had to wait for her turn to be transformed as a beautiful babe!

There were two other designer with their HOT creations, they all looked very cool and calm. Benten herself... was elated and laughing a lot with her friends and model friends. Benten as usual joked much about silly stuff and remarkably not nervous at all. She loosens up and had managed to make the people around the studio laughing out loud and had such a great time taking pictures. Indeed it was one fun photo shoot.

Owww... not to forget to mention, Benten was so lucky to get two top models, the hot Laura and the sophisticated Davina. Both looked gorgeous and pretty in "Lollita dress" and "Adelle dress" and Benten herself? Looking good with "Robyn dress" and "Vea dress"
The photo shoot took around half day, and Benten was the second to have a shoot and we think our photo shoot was the most fun amongst all. There were many times Model Laura had to keep her pose strong and arrogant because of too much laughing she loose her grip. It was hard to keep acting whilst we known each other quite sometimes and was so comfortable towards each other.

Curious? So does Benten herself…
The final itself will be on mid August 2008 in Pacific Place. Cross your finger on us people!

My 8th fashion show... Whaattt??

HOllaaaa beautiful babes and hot hunks...

My one year journey of what we called "wara wiri" (going here and there) fashion show has been going on and on...

I couldn't believe this was my 8th show! But all has been an overwhelming journey and unforgettable experiences.

This June, it is my one year of going public… I can’t wait for future excitements and future outcome. More photo shoot, more shows and more beautiful designs.

Our 8^th show was with Audi, held in Fountain Atrium “Grand Indonesia”. May 22nd 2008 at 7.30pm. The show was a success with more than two hundred guests coming in, Benten proudly showed eighteen colorful dresses. Flowing lightly in the middle of the singing fountain, Benten took the audience’s breath away.

Thinking back to our first show at “Pure Bar & Resto” was so tense, it seems like the most glorious day that ever happened in my life… Watching all beautiful models walking tall and high always gives butterfly in my stomach. Even until today I still feel it… I am glad that I have been through many things good and bad, meeting many beautiful and amazing people, working together with brilliant people always inspires me! Looking forward for more shows and more exciting experiences…

So, I think this one year has been a good year to me and thanks to all my beautiful babes that looking good and HOT with me… Keep up the positive attitude and always be gorgeous!

Hot high fashion underwater photography is in the MOOD!

After experiencing an amazing experience of underwater photography with Jerry Aurum, Benten continue her journey on underwater adventure. This time, Benten travels around Indonesia from Bali, Bangka to Menado witnessing the untouched nature of the sea.

Two thumbs up for Mr. Windiarto Tjandra & Nadine Chandrawinata for all their efforts and passions on Indonesia's stunning water world.

As fellow marine lover, Benten will always supports underwater projects and would love to be able to blend in with the feelings and natural world. The pictures Wiwin created enhanced Benten's beauty. Capturing moments and high skills is required in order to be able to create breathtaking images. Benten fell in love with Nadine and Wiwin’s book “Nadine Chandrawinata, Labor of Love”

Nadine looked stunning on Benten's "Passion Pink - Torq", "Janice Red", "Sharon Pink - Torq", "Dominique Purple", "Caribbean". Dancing in the deep blue sea, she looked like the princess of ocean. The book had been soft launched in Deep Indonesia 2008 @ JHCC Jakarta and will have grand launching in ADEX Singapore 2008.

Aku Perempuan - Make Over Edition

It was 06:20pm and Benten was super late for the shooting in Global TV.

Benten was invited by our dearly friend Dado and the three Angels; Nadya Mulya, Catherine Wilson and Aline Tumbuan for their show called “Aku Perempuan” in Make Over edition. The show was aired on Tuesday 4th March 2008 @ 1pm

Benten reached by 07:14pm and rushed in to the studio and was quickly sat in the make up room and get a touch, Benten looked beautiful and ready for the shoot!

She was pretty nervous, but hey… Make Over is always FUN and Challenging! Benten loves to share the idea on how to improve your looks or how to boost more self confidence of all her babes.

The girl Benten will be working with called Imel, she is such a beautiful babe with nice personality. Imel would like to give a surprise for her husband’s birthday dinner. How sweet…

First of all we applied some make up on her, smokey eyes always looks nice for evening dinner, Imel’s short hair was styled lightly outwards. We applied shades of glitters on her shoulder and arms so it looked slender and shines.

Imel’s figure was tall and lean for a one child mother, she looked like a person whom likes to exercise and watch her diet.

Last, Benten gave her “Soleil Yellow” something unique with strong colors (blue and yellow). Soleil was a simple cocktail dress that plays with colors and give a sexy impressions yet still elegant. All the babes love it and Imel looked stunning and ready for dinner that night.

Benten was so happy to think about today… Another beautiful babe came along with Benten.

Benten on Oriflame Gala Dinner

On 25th February 2008, Benten was invited to show twelve "Red Carpet" style from the collections.
To give enchantment to hundred of audiences that attend the dinner at Shangri-La Hotel, Benten came with colors, flows, and stunning gowns on the first session.

The lightning was glamorous, the stage was spectacular and the music was pounding loud giving an exquisite impression during the show.

Six beautiful models from Glam Management walking tall and graceful on the catwalk. Benten showed out black and purple collections on the second session leaving the audiences with astonishment.

Hi Friends,
Benten last fashion show was reported in GlobalTV the other day for a talkshow called "Aku perempuan" and the producer told us that it'll be aired today (Feb 12th,2008) @ 12pm...

There goes, we told our friends to watch....

Then, the producer called us up again to tell that the airing time is at 1pm..oh my god...

There goes, we told our friends about the schedule revision...

Then, on D-day the producer called us up again to tell that she's made mistake in airing the program..so they aired the other program instead of BENTEN today...UNBELIEVABLE!! we received lots of call from our friends and customer saying "Whereeeee isssss BENTENNNNN????"

There goes...the unbelivable GlobalTV
anyway, the producer apologized to us and say...it'll be airing tomorrow...

*sigh*

A good month of January ...

As for this month, January 2008..Benten is optimistic for more prosperity for this year. With so much hard works, we finally makes it for:

- Benten photo session with Mr. Andrew Soebroto a photographer from Melbourne.
- A New tabloid from Surabaya named "Trend Mode" featured Benten on it’s Fashion info section page 35.
- Benten dress “Fleurie purple” feature on the COVER page of Femina no.4 January 2008. Lovelly!

We're glad to meet soo many new people through Benten...
